RAMS

RAMS (Risk Assessment and Management Systems) documents outline how we plan for, manage, and respond to health, safety, and wellbeing risks within our programmes and activities. They are used by staff (including volunteers) to ensure that all sessions, events, and interactions are carried out safely, ethically, and responsibly, with clear processes in place to support both participants and facilitators.

These documents are written by staff, and in some cases include input from rangatahi to ensure plans are practical, relevant, and reflective of their experiences. RAMS are regularly reviewed and updated to reflect changing activities and environments.

Please note that any copies shared publicly have been redacted to remove confidential information that could identify individual rangatahi, in order to protect privacy and maintain confidentiality.

AADYT Emergency Response Guide & Procedure 2026

The Emergency Response Guide is a key reference document for all staff, providing clear and practical guidance for responding to a range of emergency situations. It includes essential staff contact details, along with up-to-date emergency service numbers, ensuring support can be accessed quickly when needed.

The guide also outlines step-by-step actions for different scenarios, helping staff respond confidently and consistently in high-pressure situations. It is included alongside all RAMS documents and is reviewed annually to ensure all information remains current, accurate, and fit for purpose.

RAMS documents are continuously being created, reviewed, and uploaded as part of our ongoing commitment to health and safety across all programmes. If you would like a copy of a specific RAMS at any time, you are welcome to request one from our team.

We are also currently in the process of updating the formatting and structure of our RAMS documents to improve clarity and consistency. During this transition period, we appreciate your patience as we work through these changes and continue to refine our systems.

We’re always happy to provide clarification, talk through any processes, or support you in understanding how we keep our programmes safe for everyone involved. If you have any questions or concerns about our health and safety policies and procedures, please don’t hesitate to reach out to manager@aadyt.com
